Tennis Midlands operate a ‘cradle to the tour’ holistic long term player development programme. The aims and objectives of all our initiatives are:

• Provide cutting edge performance tennis training programmes for elite potential athletes of all ages;

• Develop a ‘cradle to the tour’ programme where our Super Minis Academy train next to exciting 12 year olds in our Junior Academy, train next to international standard 14 year olds in our Academy, train next to aspiring professionals in our Young Professionals Academy.

Success breeds success! Role models dropping the rope ladder down for others to climb up. This is the back bone of performance tennis culture in the countries of our successful European counterparts;

• Gain an international reputation for putting players onto the WTA and ATP tours;

• Develop a talent identification/attraction network of clubs, performance coaches and stakeholders throughout the Midlands region and beyond;

• Create a healthy performance tennis culture by having numerous entry points and exit routes for players and their families. Helping every one of our players to have a successful tennis journey;

• Harmoniously combine academic education with cutting edge elite tennis. Delivering credible scholastic education combined with excellent moral guidance and a ‘personality development’ regime;

• Be the best at what we do in the UK and gain notoriety in Europe and US.
